APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING POLICY: We require that all individuals make an appointment in order to receive service through The RiverBank Food Shelf. You can do that by contacting us using any method listed below:

We do not have the ability to service any walk-ins at this time, but we are willing to be flexible in scheduling an appointment to meet your needs. You are allowed to schedule appointments once a month. If RiverLife Church, our parent organization, receives any walk-ins requesting to pick up food, then they must be given the proper contact information to assist them with scheduling an appointment.

LATE POLICY: You must arrive at your scheduled appointment in a timely manner or forfeit your time slot and make a new appointment. If you are running late, please let us know by calling 651-560-3564 with your estimated time of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us at 651-560-3564 to inform us that you must cancel and reschedule for another time. Two no-shows will result in a discontinuation of services.
