APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING POLICY: We require that all individuals make an appointment in order to receive service through The RiverBank Food Shelf. You can do that by contacting us using any method listed below:

We do not have the ability to service any walk-ins at this time, but we are willing to be flexible in scheduling an appointment to meet your needs. You are allowed to schedule up to two appointments in one month. If RiverLife Church, our parent organization, receives any walk-ins requesting to pick up food, then they must be given the proper contact information to assist them with scheduling an appointment.

LATE POLICY: You must arrive at your scheduled appointment in a timely manner or forfeit your time slot and make a new appointment. If you are running late, please let us know by calling 651-560-3564 with your estimated time of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us at 651-560-3564 to inform us that you must cancel and reschedule for another time. Two no-shows will result in a discontinuation of services.
